First Class are really enjoying learning the tin whistle with Mr. Fitzgerald. This week we learned Hot Cross Buns and Mr. Fitzgerald played the banjo while we played the tin whistle. He also played some jigs and reels for us. It is so much fun!
A huge congratulation to Miss Murphy and our Green School’s Committee on receiving our school’s 7th green flag for “Global Citizenship and Energy.” A huge amount of work was put in this year to receive the flag so we are delighted all the work paid off. Well done everyone!!
For the last couple of weeks, our parents have been very busy painting different pictures to represent their culture and where they came from. They are doing a fabulous job and we cannot wait to see the end result. Here are some pictures of the great work they are doing.

Today we did an obstacle course and we had dancing with Derek. Each class performed a dance they had been preparing for the last few weeks and at the end, everyone did a dance together.
