We are very busy planting in our school garden this month! We have planted potatoes, courgettes, onions, tomatoes, peas, cabbage, beetroot, beans, carrots and cucumber! The boys and girls are really enjoying it! We are so lucky to have a fabulous school garden which provides our pupils with an opportunity for outdoor learning. Gardening has many benefits for children including: fine-motor development, promotes healthy eating and wellbeing, develops life skills and sensory exploration. Thank you to Ms. Killeen for creating a plan for our school garden!
