There was great excitement in school today when Charleville camogie players Laura and Fiona brought the cup to school. A big thank you to our GAA coach Mark and Charleville GAA for organising a fun blitz in the GAA club. The boys and girls had a brilliant day playing hurling and football games and the day ended on a high with sweets and taytos in the clubhouse.
All our first class boys and girls travelled to Mallow on Wednesday to take part in a football blitz. We played teams from Liscarroll NS, Burnfort NS, Newtownshandrum NS, Bweeng NS, and MItchlestown CBS. We had 7 teams and each team played 3 games each. We had a fantastic day and so much fun!!

Gymnastics and Hurling has started back this term for the next 6 weeks. Gymnastics will take place in the hall on Thursdays and hurling will be on in the astro on Fridays. Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothing and footwear for these.
