On Thursday October 9th boys and girls in first class travelled to Doneraile to take part in a hurling blitz. We played teams from Dromahane NS., Baltydaniel NS., Mallow and Doneraile. We had a super day out and the kids really enjoyed the experience.
Today a selection of first class girls and boys travelled to Buttevant to play in a football blitz. We had 2 boys teams and 2 girls teams. We played schools from Liscarroll, Ballyclough, Dromahane, Mallow and Buttevant. We played 3 matches each. It was so much fun and a great day out.

The children are having a great time every Tuesday learning how to play golf. Denis Barrett is their golf coach and already the children have been putting and chipping golf balls. It is great fun.

There was great excitement in school today when Charleville camogie players Laura and Fiona brought the cup to school.
