Bricks4kids 6-3-2020
Today we celebrated Engineers week at school and participated in a workshop with Bricks4kids. It was so much fun and everyone loved it!!

We have been busy in Room 1. We have been decorating pancakes and cookies, planting seeds, designing and making a fairy garden, building and constructing with our new NEXUS materials, writing, developing our oral language and more!

Food Dudes February 2020
Today we started Food Dudes. For the next 16 days we will try lots of different fruit and vegetables. Some we will have tasted before and some we will not have tasted before. Each day we will win stickers and rewards.
Planting Daffodils 24-02-2020
Today we planted some daffodils in our school garden. We can’t wait to see them grow!!
Dancing Derek Week 1 Feb2020
For the next couple of weeks all classes will be dancing with Derek. Day one was so much fun so we cannot wait for the rest of the classes.

African Drumming 11-02-2020
Today the kids had great fun Drumming with Patrick. They got to experience the basic concepts of African drumming through drumming, chanting, singing, body percussion, call and response and storytelling.
