As part of our Read and Raise fundraiser and it being World Book Week, we teamed up with St. Anne’s Primary School where their pupils read books to our pupils. It was a fabulous initiative and everyone enjoyed it!!

We had a great day in school celebrating World Book Day! The kids dressed up in fabulous costumes as their favourite book characters. We read and listened to lots of books throughout the day. We also visited the local library. It was a great day!!

The school will close on Friday, December 20th at 12pm for the Christmas holidays. We will reopen on Monday, January 6th. Today first class performed some beautiful Christmas songs they have been learning for the last few weeks in the town Plaza, They were fantastic and I am sure they brought some Christmas cheer to the town. Today we celebrated all the boys and girls who had 100% attendance since Halloween. They were treated to hot chocolate and cookies with Mr. Fitzgerald. Well done to all the boys and girls!!
