We had the best day today when Wooly Farm visited our school.
We had the best day in school. Wooly Farm visited us with lots of different animals.
We were delighted to launch our new “Active Walkway” on March 16th by having our St. Patrick’s Day Parade around the school. We have 15 posters up around the school so the children loved walking to each of them. It was a great day. We all dressed up in green to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and had a lovely parade around the school.
For the next few weeks the children will be going for walks and hoping to reach different destinations around the country. 1 lap of the park = 1km. We are hoping to walk to Doneraile Park (17km) Thomond Park (36km) Blarney Castle (48km) Fota Wildlife Park (58km) Croke Park (199km)
To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the children can wear green to school on Wednesday, March 16th.
