There was huge excitement today when Santa visited our school in the Fire Brigade. The children were so happy to see him and were delighted when he gave them all a gift!
So far this year the Green Schools have held 4 meetings on raising awareness for Climate Action Week and Clean Air Week. We also did an appliance audit, put up guzzler posters from SEAI and did up the Green schools notice board.
To our School Community, We are hosting a free coffee morning on Thursday December 19th at 9 am. There will also be a free raffle on the day. Please come along and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.
School will close on Friday December 20th for the Christmas Holidays. Happy Christmas Everyone!!
The children will be singing Christmas Carols outside the library on the main street on Friday December 13th. Please come and support the children.
The children will travel to L.I.T. in Limerick on December 12th to see the Christmas Panto this year. The cost of the trip is €24. Please bring it into your child’s class teacher asap. Thank you!
A huge thank you to Cork’s Game Development Officer Pat Spratt who visited our school today and took every class for football. Everyone had so much fun an we look forward to more fun and games with him in December.
