We have been busy in Room 1. We have been decorating pancakes and cookies, planting seeds, designing and making a fairy garden, building and constructing with our new NEXUS materials, writing, developing our oral language and more!
Today we had so much fun making and eating pancakes!!
Today we started Food Dudes. For the next 16 days we will try lots of different fruit and vegetables. Some we will have tasted before and some we will not have tasted before. Each day we will win stickers and rewards.
Today we planted some daffodils in our school garden. We can’t wait to see them grow!!
For the next couple of weeks all classes will be dancing with Derek. Day one was so much fun so we cannot wait for the rest of the classes.

Today the kids had great fun Drumming with Patrick. They got to experience the basic concepts of African drumming through drumming, chanting, singing, body percussion, call and response and storytelling.
